If you seek the ultimate in single-sheet filing and retrieval convenience, protection against handling abuse, and security for your valuable original documents, Masterfile 2 vertical hanging file cabinets may be the filing system for you. Documents are hung on a set of pins and posts with 6-1/2" centers that separate as the file drawer is opened. A heavy duty suspension system supports the drawer for easy movement on any surface. A drawing selector makes moving groups of documents easy. A gas cylinder assists lid raising and prevents accidental closure, while foam tape on the lid creates a water and dust seal for document protection. Available in beige baked-enamel only. One drawer selector and two sheet holders are included with each file. Shipped assembled.
Carrier Strips must be affixed to each document for filing in Masterfile 2. Carrier strips are packaged in 217-foot rolls, prepunched on 6-1/2" centers. The rolls can be cut into one-hundred 24-inch, eighty 30-inch or fifty 48-inch strips. Available below as self-adhesive polyester film (model 075AR) or film laminated tag stock (model 070AR).
Index/Out Guides (not shown in photos) can be used to identify projects and document groupings with a 3-position index that can also be used as a locator for documents removed from the file. 20 per carton.
