Shipping: All orders placed through this web site ship UPS Ground or Common Carrier Freight only. For expedited shipping, please place your order by calling 1-800-655-5803. Many orders placed by 10am MST will ship the same-day. For time-sensitive orders, please call to place your order and confirm shipping schedule.

Shipping and Handling Charges: Note that Shipping & Handling charges are estimates only. Final charges may differ from the estimated amounts based on actual shipping distance and other factors. Also, for Furniture/Common Carrier deliveries: Lift-Gate Service, Inside Delivery Service and some Residential Service is additional.

Important Note: For all items listed as FREE FREIGHT, offer applies to Continental US shipments only and to dock-to-dock delivery only. Lift gate and inside delivery are an extra charge.

Return Policy: NATIONWIDE OFFERS A FIFTEEN (15) DAY RETURN POLICY. We reserve the right to deny returns. There will be a restocking fee from 20% to 50% of the order. It is our policy to require Return Merchandise Authorizations on any returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. No return will be honored after 15 days from date of shipment.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Requirements: RMAs can only be obtained by calling Nationwide Customer Service. Have the invoice and part number available when you call. Once an RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return all the items listed on the RMA; only the items listed on the RMA will be credited. All returns, other than defective product, must be unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or we will refuse delivery. Credit will be issued after receipt and inspection of all items listed on the RMA.

Freight Damage: We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect your products; however, it is your responsibility to INSPECT each incoming shipment in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged. If the product is damaged in shipment, you will need to make a claim with the responsible shipper or refuse delivery. If you suspect concealed damage, open immediately in the presence of the driver and note damage on the waybill. If you later discover damage, you have 15 days to notify the shipper to make a claim.

Errors in Shipment: If you have received a mis-shipment due to our error, you have 15 days to make a claim. Please see RMA Requirements above.

Defective Merchandise: We require notification of any defective items within 15 days of receipt. We may require that you consult with our Tech Support Staff to verify whether or not a product is defective.

Cancellation of Orders: Any order cancelled after order placement is subject to a restocking charge and/or may not be cancelled. That decision is at the discretion of Nationwide Drafting.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We are also not responsible for any typographical or other errors or omissions on this web site.
